How to Make a Return

​

Step 1: click on the returns button or send a email to mywaynow@kammaleekempire.co.uk with your order number; item you would like to return or exchange and the reason for your return or exchange.

Step 2: we will respond to your request or email within 48hours with a prepaid royal mail shipping label/QR code you will then need to take your packaged return to any post office along with your QR code they would print off the label and send the items back to us (please keep hold of your receipt for proof of postage) 

​

Step 3: once we receive your return, we will check items over and confirm the refund is in process which would take up to 3/5 working days.

RETURN POLICY

​

1) My Way Now KamMaleek Empire have a strict 90 days return policy for items bought online and 28 days for items bought in store.

​

  2) We will refund the purchase price or exchange the products subject to the following conditions.

​

All returns must be received in their original condition unworn unwashed and with all tags

​

And hygiene seals intact (if applicable).

​

3) Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return and will be returned to the customer in accordance with our site policy and UK consumer rights act 2015 in case of online purchases refunds will not include the cost of original shipping.

4)No return of sale items only exchange

 

International Returns

Click on returns or send a email to mywaynow@kammaleekempire.co.uk to notify us of your international return.

 

Return your item unworn in its original packaging within 14days of delivery for a full refund. You will need to pay for the items to be returned by post to the UK. Please note we are unable to refund return shipping costs. Any returned items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please do follow the instructions below:

1) Pack them securely to prevent damage in transit. Include your completed returns note and remove any previous shipping labels on the parcel or cover them.

​

2) Use a trackable service that insures you for the value of what you’re sending back to us.

​

3) Make sure you keep your proof of postage until your return has been received and your refund processed. If you don’t keep it, then unfortunately we can’t help you with any issues that come up. As soon as the item is confirmed back into our warehouse, we will process your return and you’ll be notified.
